Planning the Dedication

Tomorrow I am meeting with the Mayor of Garden City, John Evans, to finalize our plans on the dedication of the bike path to the west of the Glenwood bridge on the South side of the Boise River. FACTS (Foundation for Ada/Canyon Trail Systems, LLC) has been working hard on building access for bike riders, walkers, and recreational users to have access from Garden City to Eagle Road. As President of FACTS for several years it has been a goal of ours to make this important connection. On May 17, at 10 AM we will have an official dedication. We are hopeful that several community leaders will attend and help us celebrate. A special thanks to everyone who helped us make this dream come true and a special thanks to all of the dedicated volunteers of FACTS.
