As newly elected President of the Park View East Homeowners' Association we are concerned with the proposed addition of new 70' high and much brighter lights being suggested by the Boise Parks and Recreation Department for the baseball fields in Ann Morrison Park. While we enjoy the baseball games and love to see people having fun and getting exercise there is also the issue of vista and view for those of us who are here 365 days of the year 24/7 not just during the summer for a couple of hours. It seems to us that the compromise and agreement reached in the past with the neighbors of the park was a good one and should be honored by the City.
